刘培，博士，博士后，副研究员、研究生导师，2022年入选海南省高层次人才计划。

     2013年获中国矿业大学“摄影测量与遥感”学科博士学位，2010年到2012年意大利怕维亚大学联合培养博士，2018年-2019年英国知山大学访问学者。

     过去十几年来，围绕主被动遥感协同处理与资源生态环境监测等问题开展了深入的研究。

     发表论文30余篇，其中SCI检索20篇（第一作者/通讯作者10篇），出版专著1部（第一作者）。

     主持科研项目2余项，包括国家自然科学基金国际合作基金1项、青年1项。
     获得中国地理信息科技进步一等奖1项，河南省科技进步二等奖1项、中国煤炭工业协会三等奖1项、河南省国防科学技术进步二等奖1项、中国测绘学会科技进步二等奖2项、授权发明专利2项、实用新型专利2项，获得软件著作权10项。
